Chai!!! My Bf Said He Can't Marry Me After I Aborted For Him

I am a an undergraduate student in a Nigeria university. I met my boyfriend through another friend of mine, we got to know each other and we started off our relationship. Months pass by, then years. Our relationship is now 3 years old...and we've been planning to take things serious to the next level.

In the course of our 3 year relationship, I visit him more often and we enjoy ourselves and have fun and spend most our time like a married couple.

Accidentally, I noticed that I missed my period, I waited and waited but it didn't come, so I went to the hospital for a pregnancy test, the result came out and yes, I was 2 month pregnant, where should I start from?

I called my boyfriend and explain the situation to him but i was suprised with his response, he said: its no big deal, u just have to abort it". I was shocked, confused and scared because my mom has warned me against abortion.

I couldn't eat well nor sleep for a week, I really love my boyfriend and I don't want to lose him, I gave in to abort the pregnancy, he gave me the sum of N5,000 and I went ahead to the hospital for the process.

With a very scared mind, I carried out the abortion, i was so irritated and angry at myself but I was just thankful I didn't die during the process.

A week later, my boyfriend didn't call me to ask about it or how I'm doing, I even called his phone but he just won't pick up his call, I was sad and full of regrets but i endured.

I swallowed my pride and went to his house but it was to no avail, I was told that he traveled. Is called him, sent text, but no response. I felt like dying but despite him treating me so badly, I still find the soft spot tobl forgive him and I just keep on enduring.

Recently, he called me and told me he is no more interested in the relationship. I was shocked, I couldn't say anything, upon all my sacrifices and what I've gone through for him.

I cried for days, and wish I never met him, I don't have anyone to talk to but myself, so I decided to share my story with Albrakent.

Ladies, this is a lesson for you, apply your common sense in relationship and always stay protected, either one way or the other.
And to the guyz, please don't abuse the life of your girlfriend then turn her down after she risk her life for you.
